Your Snowball account settings let you control the personal information tied to your account. From here you can update your full name, change your email address, and manage how Snowball communicates with you. Keeping your profile up to date ensures that payment reminders and security notifications reach you without interruption.
Updating your profile
To update your name or email address:
- Click your name or avatar in the top navigation to open the account menu.
- Select Account Settings (or Profile) from the menu.
- In the Full name field, type your updated name.
- In the Email address field, enter your new email address.
- Click Save changes to apply your updates.
If you change your email address, you’ll need to use the new address to sign in going forward.
Account security
Your password is the primary protection for your Snowball account and the financial data stored in it. Use a password that is strong, unique to Snowball, and not shared with any other service.
